John is sensitive to the importance of living out what one is teaching and is committed to continually being on the same development journey he is inviting others into. Don’t be surprised when in addition to sharing success stories, John also shares some lessons learned from what has not worked. His sincere hope is that by his “being human”, you might feel more comfortable considering your own imperfect moments as you raise your game as a leader and team contributor.  John believes that failures are not the opposite of success; rather, they are a part of learning and building success.

Outside of his professional client work, John is committed to helping create a world where all have the opportunity to thrive and flourish.  He invests his time and resources in efforts and organizations which help orphans, at-risk youth, the oppressed and those looking to escape generational poverty by becoming first time homeowners.  John is humbled by and seeks to live the maxim of “to whom much is given, much will be required”.

John has been married to Mary Beth for 30 years and is the father of 3 beautiful daughters and a son (who is a handsome guy in his own right).  He sees his life as a learning and growth adventure, and would not change a thing (well…, there is that dream to have played the role of Javert in Les Misérables on Broadway- but that is a story for another day…).
